Rugged is our standard system which is made out of 441 grade stainless steel tube
Ultimate
Ultimate is our premium system which is made out of 304 grade stainless steel tube that we polish.
This exhaust starts after the Diesel particulate filter (DPF) to comply with ADR laws.
A Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) reduces the emissions from diesel fuelled vehicles. The filter traps diesel soot and once it is full it must be cleaned. This occurs through a process called “regeneration”, where the diesel particles are burnt off at high temperatures.
The DPF is not the only restriction in your exhaust. The factory pipe size and muffler both contribute to some loss in power and torque. On the factory exhaust system the airflow is restricted by the tube size.

Mandrel bent, welded and manufactured in our workshop in South East Queensland, this high quality exhaust system includes:

- Perforated straight through resonator or a No rear muffler pipe is available as an option for a deeper note

Factory crush gasket on dpf connection is reused
- 3 bolt 3 1/2″ 10mm 304 grade stainless steel flange plates
- Reinforced brackets with supports –12mm round bar with knobbed hangers at front and a laser cut and folded rear bracket – for quality and strength
- Systems are available in 441 grade stainless steel or 304 grade polished stainless steel
- Zinc plated locking nuts and bolts
- Fitting Kit and easy to follow instructions
- Boxed and bubble wrapped for freight
- Freighted Australia wide with insurance in a prompt time frame
